Nick resides in Peoria, IL. Nick has been in the restaurant industry for 18 years and assisted in opening the kitchen at Bernardis Pub and Italian Eatery in Dunlap, IL. in August of 2008. In his free time he thoroughly enjoys being a wonderful father to his son Adam. Nick was an avid and pretty darn good bowler for years; therefore, loving the sport of bowling and Football too!
